Desert Armor Coatings LLC warrants this product against application defects and workmanship for 12 years from the date of installation. Desert Armor Coatings LLC will pay labor and material costs for warranty service for a period of 12 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not exceed any warranty of selected products or materials, or the life of the product. This warranty is only for lifetime epoxy option given to the customer.

20 Year Warranties only upholded with Full Broadcast and PolyAspartic Clear coat. It Will state in the contract you sign what warranty is given. Warranty is given through manufacturer NOT Desert Armor Coatings LLC. Desert Armor Coatings will fix, free of charge within the first 5 years of coating. After 5 years a $200 service fee will be collected before any corrective services are made. Desert Armor Coatings LLC Will Not replace any flooring if improper use or negligence is cause for failure. Delamination is the only failure we will fix.

Desert Armor Coatings sole obligation under said warranty is to repair, or at its own option, replace any product applied. The buyer shall have no other remedy. All special, incidental, accidental, and consequential damages are excluded.

The warranty shall be voided by alteration, tampering, improper maintenance, accident or misuse. This warranty expressly excludes all damage to the product resulting from careless or neglectful handling by the supplier.

Any and all failure of coatings due to moisture, efflorescence, or out of appliers control will not be repaired through this warranty.

Desert Armor Coatings shall in no event be responsible for any warranty work done without first obtaining Desert Armor Coatings’ written consent.

This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, agent, franchise, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranty of any nature on behalf of Desert Armor Coatings. Except as provided herein, Desert Armor Coatings shall have no liability or responsibility to customers or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by “equipment.”

Notwithstanding the above limitations and warranties, Desert Armor Coatings’ liability hereunder for damages incurred by customer or others shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer particularly for the equipment involved.

Provided this warranty will only cover product failure from incorrect application or complete product failure. This warranty will not cover improper use of the product by the customer. Improper use such as dragging equipment across floor, moisture vapors rising through concrete, or concrete failure will not be covered by this warranty.

Warranty will be voided when ownership of the floor that has been coated changes.

By signing QuickBooks invoice the owner acknowledges and agrees to all warranty information provided above.

By signing the above document, invoice, or any other written agreement that includes scope of work to be performed by Desert Armor Coatings LLC and an agreed amount price for such work, you the customer are promising to pay the exact amount signed off on. By signing, the customer will within 24 hours of completion of work pay the agreed price to Desert Armor Coatings LLC or legal action will be taken.
